Terms of Service

By accessing or using Mesh (“Platform”), operated at meshnow.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Mesh is an event sponsorship marketplace that connects small-to-mid event hosts with brand sponsors for discovery, matching, and deal lifecycle management.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Mesh supports the following account roles:

• Hosts — event organizers who create listings and manage sponsorship deals for their events.
• Sponsors — brands or representatives who discover events, express interest, and provide sponsorship assets.
• Organizations — team entities that group sponsor members under a shared identity for deal participation.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Mesh uses Google OAuth for authentication. You may not share your account or allow others to access the Platform under your credentials.

Mesh facilitates a structured sponsorship workflow between Hosts and Sponsors. The typical deal lifecycle progresses through the following stages:

1. Discovery — Sponsors browse the public event gallery and express interest in events.
2. Matching — Hosts review and accept or decline sponsor interest.
3. Payment — Once accepted, payment terms are established and payment is collected via Stripe.
4. Asset Collection — Sponsors provide branding assets (logo, bio, URLs) for the event.
5. Event Execution — The host runs the event with sponsor integration.
6. Reporting & Settlement — The host submits an impact report; the sponsor confirms receipt; payout is released.

Either party may cancel an active deal at any stage after acceptance. A cancellation reason is required. Cancellation of an event by a Host automatically cancels all associated sponsorship deals.

Mesh uses Stripe Connect to process sponsorship payments. Mesh collects payment from Sponsors, holds funds, and initiates payout to Hosts after the Sponsor confirms receipt of the post-event impact report.

• Mesh charges a platform fee on each completed transaction. The applicable fee rate is displayed before payment is confirmed.
• Hosts must complete Stripe Connect onboarding (including identity verification) to receive payouts.
• If a deal is cancelled after payment, refunds are handled per Mesh’s refund policy and may be subject to processing fees.

If a dispute arises between a Host and Sponsor (e.g., regarding event delivery or report accuracy), either party may raise a dispute through the Platform. Mesh administrators act as a trusted third party and will mediate in good faith. Mesh’s dispute resolution decision is final with respect to fund release on the Platform.

By posting content on the Platform (event listings, images, branding assets, bios, or other materials), you grant Mesh a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Platform.

• Hosts are responsible for the accuracy of event information (date, venue, capacity, etc.).
• Sponsors are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any logos or brand materials uploaded.
• Mesh reserves the right to remove or moderate any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

You agree not to:

• Create fraudulent event listings or misrepresent event details.
• Use the Platform to facilitate illegal activity or events that promote violence, discrimination, or harm.
• Circumvent the Platform’s payment system to avoid fees.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without permission.
• Impersonate another user or misrepresent your organizational affiliation.

Mesh is a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between Hosts and Sponsors. Mesh does not guarantee the quality, safety, or success of any event or sponsorship deal. Mesh is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to failed events, unfulfilled sponsorship terms, or payment disputes, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mesh, its operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Mesh may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Mesh may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any pending deals will be handled according to our cancellation and refund policies.
